I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, with its unique New York City theme making my stay truly special. The roller coaster view was a bonus! The variety of restaurants and bars offered plenty of choices for dining. However, I felt like the rooms could use some updates and the customer service was hit or miss depending on who I interacted with. Overall, it was a memorable experience, but there are a few areas that need improvement.
I recently stayed at New York - New York and while the location is superb right on the Strip, my experience was quite mixed. The rooms were disappointing, especially when one was next to the elevator, and the service left a lot to be desired. However, the roller coaster was a lot of fun and added some excitement to our stay. Overall, considering the issues I faced, I expected more for the price.
